Each session is designed to deepen your connection to body, mind, and essence — helping you move with more intention, ease, and presence. We practice Ashtangha – Vinyasa Style; Yoga Nidra; Pranayama & Meditation.

This is your weekly ritual space to reconnect and reset — perfect for those wanting to explore the deeper layers of yoga, spirituality, and self-awareness.

A beginner-level understanding of yoga asanas and basic knowledge is recommended.
